Turn around time: 
All items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Each item will be made and shipped within the stated turn around time on the product page. Turn around time does not include shipping time.
 Shipping: 
We ship via USPS. Within in the US shipping can take 3-5 business days. For faster shipping select Priority Shipping at check out. Priority shipping can take 2-3 business days. International shipping can take 1-4 weeks to be received. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs taxes or duties. We are not responsible for lost packages or postal errors. If there is a problem with delivery please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the buyer. Packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will be invoiced for shipping before being resent. You have 14 days to pay the additional shipping, failure to pay for postage on a returned package while result in a forfeit of your order.  
Change Order/Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed we can not change it. Please make sure you input all information correctly. You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. There is a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. Due to the recent policy change on Shopify we will no longer be able to issue a cancellation request to your original form of payment. All cancellations will be issued in the form of shop credit. 
Returns/Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Please use our size charts to ensure a correct fit. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our items. We do however stand by our products! If you have any issues with received items please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
